Replacement Brushes, Brooms and Squeeges.

TotalSource® offers a complete line of replacement brooms, brushes and pad drivers to fit Advance, American-Lincoln, Factory Cat, Power Boss, Tennant, and many industrial sweepers and scrubbers.  Offering a variety of filament and pattern options, TotalSource® can meet requirements for a wide range of applications.  All TotalSource® replacement brooms, brushes and pad drivers are manufactured to meet or exceed the OEM specifications.

When replacing the cylindrical brushes on your sweeper or scrubber, the suggestions below will give you longer life and maximum performance:

Remove the old brushes and install the new brushes following the directions on the equipment manual.

Start the machine and lower the brush until you can hear or feel it sweep the floor.  Don’t lower the brush any further at this time. If you are installing the brushes on a scrubber, do not turn on the water.

Let the brush sweep the floor while you count to 20. Now raise the brush and move the machine away. You should see a clean strip on the floor where the brush made contact. This strip should be 1½” to 2″ wide across its full length. If one end is wider than the other, the brush mounting needs adjustment. (Refer to your equipment manual.) Check the brush chamber to assure that the brush arms are free to move.
