This easy to install adjustable , telescopic,  attachment for forklift trucks turns your lift truck into a portable lifting crane.  The  LCH5 has a maximum capacity of 10,000 lb. 

The forks are inserted into rectangular, hollow structural steel (HSS) tubing pockets.  The lifting capacity of the attachment is proportional to the boom extension and the fork lift truck capacity.  A capacity chart is provided with each unit.
